The Our Town America 2017 Family Festival is fast approaching, and we are looking for local talent to showcase on the Festival's Community Talent Stage. This year's Our Town Family Festival will be held March 10, 11, & 12 at The Coral Springs Sportsplex.
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to showcase your talent at this year's Festival.
The Our Town America 2017 Family Festival is a great opportunity to show the area what Coral Springs has to offer and should be an even more successful event than in years past. We expect to see more than 100,000 people pass through the gates during this three-day event.
If you would like to schedule a performance on our Community Talent Stage during the Festival, please complete the enclosed forms and return by Saturday, January 21, 2017. Scheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please remember, your scheduled block of time includes set-up, break down, announcements, and presentations. Please time your performance to fit within your scheduled time.
It is important that we have a completed form so we know your needs ahead of time. Upon receipt of the Performance Application and the signed entertainment agreement we will verbally confirm your requested day & time and send you a schedule of all talent being showcased on the Community Talent Stage during the Festival, parking passes, and an area map of the Festival.
Radio, and TV press as well as social media coverage are scheduled for the Our Town America 2017 Family Festival. If you have any literature and/or photographs, you may submit them with your application.
